Common use of SERVITUDES Clause in Contracts

SERVITUDES. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Seller may require the registration of servitudes of access, services and the like to be registered over the land in favour of adjoining ▇▇▇▇▇. In order to enable the Seller to register the said servitudes, the Purchaser hereby grants the Seller an irrevocable power of attorney to convene and attend as the Purchaser's proxy any meeting at which the granting and registration of such servitudes is on the agenda.
