Common use of Serving Clause in Contracts

Serving. Serving of any kind is NOT allowed without express written consent from Service Provider. Consent should be given in a separate service contract and should be producible by the Customer upon request from Service Provider. Serving constitutes: Email servers, Web and HTTP servers, FTP servers, IRC servers, and other listening Internet services.
