Servicing Fee Source. The Servicing Fee for each Mortgage Loan shall be payable solely from the interest portion of the related Monthly Payment paid by the Borrower or other payment of interest paid with respect to the Mortgage Loan, whether from the proceeds of foreclosure or any judgment, writ of attachment or levy against the Borrower or his assets, or from funds paid in connection with any prepayment in full or from Insurance Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds.
