Common use of Services Overview Clause in Contracts

Services Overview. Cofense shall build and execute simulated phishing scenario campaigns (“Scenario(s)”) through Cofense PhishMe as directed by Customer. Cofense shall further conduct analysis of the results of such Scenarios, facilitate Customer meetings, and provide reports to Customer related to the Services.
