West’s i3 logging service will support retrieval of logs and events via the i3-defined web services interface as well as via a web-based interface. West’s Enterprise BI Reporting Tool, Microstrategy® from ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ provide a web-based interface to allow the PSAPs and Program to review and retrieve i3 Logging transactions and events including text conversations and data validation metrics. The Microstrategy from West web interface supports time zone conversion for queries and reports with ‘Arizona time’ as an option.
