Voice and Data Transfer. The Parties recognize that the individual TSPs will be responsible for installing and maintaining connectivity from all supporting TSP End Offices/MSCs to the CENTURYLINK LNG POPs. CENTURYLINK and the TSP will be responsible for working together to jointly install and maintain connectivity between the CENTURYLINK SRs and alternative service providers serving PSAP and at least two CENTURYLINK LNG POPs to support voice transfers of PSAP to/from PSAPs residing on the CENTURYLINK SR(s). CENTURYLINK will work with each non-CENTURYLINK ALI host provider to establish communications with each non-CENTURYLINK ALI host provider via the CENTURYLINK provided IP connectivity.
