Common use of Services of Company Clause in Contracts

Services of Company. (a) The Company shall provide any combination of the following support services, as agreed upon by the parties from time to time, to Contract Owners who allocate contract values to the Service Shares of the Portfolios: delivering prospectuses, statements of additional information, shareholder reports, proxy statements and marketing materials to prospective and existing Contract Owners; providing educational materials regarding the Service Shares; providing facilities to answer questions from prospective and existing Contract Owners about the Portfolios; receiving and answering correspondence; complying with federal and state securities laws pertaining to the sale of Service Shares; assisting Contract Owners in completing application forms and selecting account options; and providing Contract Owner record-keeping and similar administrative services.

Services of Company. (a) The Company shall provide any combination of the following support services, as agreed upon by the parties from time to time, to Contract Owners who allocate contract values to the Service A Shares of the Portfolios: delivering prospectuses, statements of additional information, shareholder reports, proxy statements statements, and marketing materials to prospective and existing Contract Owners; providing educational materials regarding the Service A Shares; providing facilities to answer questions from prospective and existing Contract Owners about the Portfolios; receiving and answering correspondence; complying with federal and state securities laws pertaining to the sale of Service A Shares; assisting Contract Owners in completing application forms and selecting account options; and providing Contract Owner record-keeping recordkeeping and similar administrative services.

(a) The Company shall provide any combination of the following support services, as agreed upon by the parties from time to time, to Contract Owners who allocate contract values to the Service Shares of the Portfolios: delivering prospectuses, statements of additional information, shareholder reports, proxy statements statements, and marketing materials to prospective and existing Contract Owners; providing educational materials regarding the Service Shares; providing facilities to answer questions from prospective and existing Contract Owners about the Portfolios; receiving and answering correspondence; complying with federal and state securities laws pertaining to the sale provision of Service Sharesshareholder services; assisting Contract Owners in completing application forms and selecting account options; and providing Contract Owner record-keeping recordkeeping and similar administrative services.

(a) The Company shall provide any combination of the following support services, as agreed upon by the parties from time to time, to Contract Owners who allocate contract values to the Service A Class Shares of the Portfolios: delivering prospectuses, statements of additional information, shareholder reports, proxy statements statements, and marketing materials to prospective and existing Contract Owners; providing educational materials regarding the Service A Class Shares; providing facilities to answer questions from prospective and existing Contract Owners about the Portfolios; receiving and answering correspondence; complying with federal and state securities laws pertaining to the sale of Service A Class Shares; assisting prospective Contract Owners in completing application forms and selecting account options; and providing Contract Owner record-keeping and similar administrative servicesother reasonable assistance in connection with the distribution of the A Class of the Portfolios.

(a) The Company shall provide any combination of the following support services, as agreed upon by the parties from time to time, to Contract Owners who allocate contract values to the Service Shares of the PortfoliosFund: delivering prospectuses, statements of additional information, shareholder reports, proxy statements statements, and marketing materials to prospective and existing Contract Owners; providing educational materials regarding the Service Shares; providing facilities to answer questions from prospective and existing Contract Owners about the PortfoliosFunds; receiving and answering correspondencecorrespondence concerning the Fund; complying with federal and state securities laws pertaining to the sale of Service Shares; assisting Contract Owners in completing application forms and selecting account options; and providing responding to Contract Owner record-keeping inquiries relating to the services performed by the Company; and such other similar administrative servicesservices as mutually agreed from time to time to the extent the Company is permitted to do so under federal and state statutes, rules and regulations.

(a) The Company shall provide any combination of the following support services, as agreed upon by the parties from time to time, to Contract Owners who allocate contract values to the Service Shares of the PortfoliosFund: delivering prospectuses, statements of additional information, shareholder reports, proxy statements statements, and marketing materials to prospective and existing Contract Owners; providing educational materials regarding the Service Shares; providing facilities to answer questions from prospective and existing Contract Owners about the PortfoliosFund; receiving and answering correspondencecorrespondence concerning the Fund; complying with federal and state securities laws pertaining to the sale of Service the Shares; assisting Contract Owners in completing application forms and selecting account options; and providing responding to Contract Owner record-keeping inquiries relating to the services performed by the Company; such other similar services as mutually agreed from time to time to the extent the Company is permitted to do so under federal and similar administrative servicesstate statutes, rules and regulations.

(a) The Company shall provide any combination of the following support services, as agreed upon by the parties from time to time, to Contract Owners who allocate contract values to the Service II Shares of the Portfolios: delivering prospectuses, statements of additional information, shareholder reports, proxy statements and marketing materials to prospective and existing Contract Owners; providing educational materials regarding the Service II Shares; providing facilities to answer questions from prospective and existing Contract Owners about the Portfolios; receiving and answering correspondence; complying with federal and state securities laws pertaining to the sale of Service II Shares; assisting Contract Owners in completing application forms and selecting account options; and providing Contract Owner record-keeping and similar administrative services.
