Common use of Services Location Clause in Contracts

Services Location. Except where otherwise permitted under Schedule C, the Contractor shall deliver the Services only at the Facility(ies) identified in Schedule C, which may be changed only as set out in sections 6.1 to 6.3 of this Agreement. The Facility(ies) must at all times comply with the requirements set out in Schedule C.
