DVD Sample Clauses
The DVD clause establishes the requirements and conditions related to the delivery, use, or licensing of DVDs within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the format, quality standards, and permitted uses of DVDs, such as distribution, duplication, or public performance. By clearly defining these terms, the clause helps prevent disputes over intellectual property rights and ensures both parties understand their obligations and limitations regarding DVD materials.
