Common use of Services Charges Clause in Contracts

Services Charges. 2.1. The Charges payable by the Company to the Supplier in connection with the supply of the Core Services pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement shall be calculated in accordance with this section 2 of Schedule Part 2 (Charges). SCHEDULE PART 3 FORM OF WORK INSTRUCTION‌‌‌ When signed by both Parties, this Work Instruction forms part of, and is subject to the terms of, the Agreement for the Supply of Goods and Services between the Parties dated on or about [NOTE – INSERT DATE OF AGREEMENT] (the “Agreement”). Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms in this Work Instruction shall have the same meanings as are given to them in the Agreement.
