Services Being Acquired Sample Clauses

Services Being Acquired. The Contractor shall, in accordance with the terms of this Contract, provide all necessary personnel, services and equipment, and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incidental to, providing Sex Offender Treatment Services for felony Offenders, identified by the Department, in all counties throughout the State of Texas and Offenders being supervised out of TDCJ-PD District Parole Offices and/or Community Residential Facilities.
Services Being Acquired.
