Services and Devices. 4.1. During the term of this Agreement, Current Health shall provide and integrate the Services, Devices and Accessories, and make available the Dashboard and the Documentation, to the Customer on and subject to the terms of this Agreement. 4.2. Current Health shall supply to the Customer, within a reasonable time before any Service or Device is delivered, such information and assistance as may be necessary to enable the Customer to prepare for the installation of the relevant Software, Devices and Accessories. 4.3. Current Health shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to make the Services and Devices available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for: 4.3.1. planned maintenance carried out during the agreed maintenance windows; 4.3.2. unscheduled maintenance performed outside Normal Business Hours, provided that Current Health has used reasonable endeavours to give the Customer at least [six (6)] Normal Business Hours’ notice in advance; and 4.3.3. any emergency maintenance as required, provided Current Health provide prompt notice of any emergency maintenance to the Customer. 4.4. Current Health will, as part of the Services and at no additional cost to the Customer, provide the Customer with Current Health’s standard customer support services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in accordance with Current Health’s Support Services Policy in effect at the time that the Services are provided. Current Health may amend its Support Services Policy in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time. Enhanced support services can be provided on request under separate agreement. 4.5. Current Health shall use reasonable endeavours to provide marketing materials and information required to the Customer to market the Services and Devices to any person.
