Common use of Servicer Shall Provide Information as Reasonably Required Clause in Contracts

Servicer Shall Provide Information as Reasonably Required. During the term of this Agreement, the Servicer shall furnish any reports or documentation that the Trustee and/or the Depositor may reasonably request. Reports requested may include reports not specified or otherwise required by this Agreement or reports required to comply with any regulations regarding any supervisory agents or examiners of the Trustee and/or the Depositor, as applicable. All reports will be delivered in accordance with the Trustee and/or the Depositor's reasonable instructions and directions. The Servicer agrees to execute and deliver all such instruments and take all such action as the Trustee and/or the Depositor, as applicable, from time to time, may reasonably request in order to effectuate the purpose and to carry out the terms of this Agreement.
