Common use of Service Results Clause in Contracts

Service Results. All Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Service Results belong to BlueCat. Customer acknowledges and agrees that BlueCat may monitor and analyze, and that the Service Results may include, information based on the data of BlueCat’s customers, including Customer Data. During and after the Subscription Period, BlueCat may use Customer Data and Service Results for its own internal purposes, such as to develop, test, increase service and product value, and optimize the BlueCat Offerings.

Service Results. All Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Cloud Services and the Service Results belong to BlueCat. Customer acknowledges and agrees that BlueCat may monitor and analyze, and that the Service Results may include, aggregated anonymized information based on the data of BlueCat’s customers, including Customer Data. During and after the Subscription Period, BlueCat may use Customer Data and Service Results for its own internal purposes, such as to develop, test, increase service and product value, and optimize the BlueCat Offerings.
