Common use of Service Completion Clause in Contracts

Service Completion. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Ordering Document, Services described in an Ordering Document will be deemed complete upon Motorola’s performance of all Services listed in such Ordering Document (“Service Completion Date”); provided, however, that Maintenance and Support Services may be offered on an ongoing basis during a given Ordering Document term, in which case such Maintenance and Support Services will conclude upon the expiration or termination of such Ordering Document.
