Service Availability & Eligibility. Pilot does not guarantee Customer’s eligibility to receive services at any particular location or address, and Customer agrees that only Pilot may determine whether or not such services will be made available. DIA service availability is subject to Pilot’s acceptance of a Service Order, and will be acknowledged by Pilot after a Service Order is placed.
