Service Amenities. The Project shall include the following service amenities which must be of a regular and ongoing nature and provided to Tenants free of charge (with exception of licensed child care), appropriate to the Tenant population served, on-site or within ½ mile of the project site, and committed for a minimum period of 15 years: • • Sustainable Building Management Practices The project shall implement sustainable building management practices: • Maintain a copy of the energy management and maintenance manual; and • Maintain certification of onsite staff in green building operations and maintenance through the Building Performance Institute Multifamily Energy Efficient Building Operator or equivalent training.
