Common use of Service Agreements Clause in Contracts

Service Agreements. The Transmission Provider shall offer a standard form of agreement for Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service (Attachment B) to an Eligible Customer when the latter first submits a Completed Application for Non- Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service pursuant to the provisions herein.
