Common use of Server Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Server Maintenance. Mpath agrees to maintain the Game Servers, installed ------------------ in accordance with Section 2.3, in good condition and working order and shall promptly make or cause to be made all necessary adjustments, repairs and replacements to the hardware components of the Game Servers. Mpath shall not make any alterations, additions or improvements to the Game Servers, except as requested by SegaSoft or as may be required pursuant to the preceding sentence. Mpath will, in accordance with the Operations Plan, install server software, perform operating system maintenance, and perform software maintenance for Game Servers.
