Server Maintenance. Computer Methods reserves the right to temporarily interrupt service for periodic web site maintenance. You will be notified in advance of extended maintenance windows or maintenance windows that occur during normal business hours. Server Maintenance. Mpath agrees to maintain the Game Servers, installed ------------------ in accordance with Section 2.3, in good condition and working order and shall promptly make or cause to be made all necessary adjustments, repairs and replacements to the hardware components of the Game Servers. Mpath shall not make any alterations, additions or improvements to the Game Servers, except as requested by SegaSoft or as may be required pursuant to the preceding sentence. UTS will handle operating system patches and updates, anti-virus protection, firewall protection, physical access, room-temperature control, fire suppression and uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
