Server Maintenance. 4.1.1. Backups will be checked on a regular basis. 4.1.2. Updates and Service Packs will be installed on a monthly basis. 4.1.3. Any critical updates will be applied immediately. 4.1.4. The Supplier will qualify the updates prior to installation.
