Common use of September Sellback Clause in Contracts

September Sellback. For FY 2023/2024 and each FY thereafter through the term of the MOU, employees using less than 96-hours of sick leave, excluding approved FMLA, PDL and/or WC, in the previous FY shall be entitled to sell back up to 120-hours of vacation leave during the month of September. This provision shall sunset effective June 30, 2027.
