Seller’s Use of Buyer’s Drawings Sample Clauses

Seller’s Use of Buyer’s Drawings. ‌ Seller may use Buyer’s Drawings only for fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement. Buyer’s Drawings, specifications and other information submitted by Buyer to Seller shall remain the property of Buyer. Such materials shall not, without the written consent of Buyer, which consent may be withheld in Buyer’s sole discretion, be used, copied or communicated to a third party, other than the Contractor, by Seller unless necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Agreement, and then pursuant to a full reservation of rights in Buyer. Buyer makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of Buyer’s Drawings and Seller shall not rely on such Buyer’s Drawings.
