SELLER'S OPTION TO CLOSE. In the event that the named "Buyer" or its affiliate or assignee elects not to purchase or defaults under any of the Other Purchase Agreements or the Escrow Agreement, such election or default shall not affect Seller's right to require a closing under this Agreement. Seller may elect to waive such failure to purchase under any of the Other Purchase Agreements and enforce Seller's right to a closing hereunder.
