Selection of an Arbitrator. 27.01 After one of the parties indicates they are taking the matter to arbitration, the matter shall be referred to a single Arbitrator as indicated in Article 27.02. In the interest of settling a grievance prior to an arbitration hearing, either party may request the assistance of a grievance mediator from the Province of Manitoba Conciliation Services.
