SEIU Conferences. § 5.4.1 District unit members shall be provided with a total of twenty-four (24) hours paid release time and a reasonable number of unpaid release hours at District discretion per fiscal year to attend SEIU conferences. Prior approval must be obtained for this release time from the unit member's supervisor and the Vice President of Human Resources.
