Seismic Program a) The parties hereby confirm that, pursuant to a prior agreement but as part of the Farmee’s consideration under this Agreement, that on or before November 1, 2006, Farmee, at its sole cost and risk, commenced (and has now completed) shooting a minimum 10 square kilometres three dimensional seismic program over the Farmout Lands which shall be sufficient to fully evaluate the Farmout Lands (the “Seismic Program”). which shall be reasonable under the circumstances.
Seismic Program. The Parties will, on a best efforts basis and subject to the availability of a seismic vessel in western Newfoundland, jointly plan and shoot a 2D seismic program over EL 1097R and EL 1120 in 2013 or 2014. The program will consist of approximately 130 line kilometres of data, at an estimated cost of $1 million. BSE will be responsible for the first $1 million in associated expenditures, after which the Parties will share any additional expenditures according to their final working interests in the Farmout Lands once all earning operations are completed.
Seismic Program. Following the Drilling of the initial Exploration Well in the 2003 Winter Drilling Season, the Working Interest Owners will evaluate and consider the reprocessing of certain seismic data to improve our understanding of the prospective reservoir characteristics and parameters. Geologic studies Geologic studies are planned through 2004 to build on efforts currently underway to identify and refine a possible fast track development scenario for initial production from the Oooguruk Unit. Other efforts will be underway to evaluate additional opportunities that will compliment, facilitate and enhance planned development scenarios. In 2005/2006/2007, additional geologic studies are planned as new well information is incorporated into the geologic and seismic interpretations.
Seismic Program. In order to facilitate the development of the Property, Seller shall conduct a seismic program covering the Property, which shall include a high resolution 3D geophysical seismic survey of the Property, and may include the acquisition of existing 2D geophysical seismic surveys from third parties (the “Seismic Program”), the costs of which shall be paid as follows.
Seismic Program. On or before March 31, 2014, Rampart shall cause to be conducted a three dimensional seismic survey (3D Seismic) bearing all cost of said survey, including, but not limited to planning, preparation, permitting, acquisition and processing. Such survey may be proprietary, exclusive, non-exclusive or multi-client. Rampart must provide Royale the same access and use of the resulting data that it will have.
Seismic Program. 2.1 OLD SEISMIC DATA There are 73 km of old seismic lines crossing the NOC license that are recommended for reprocessing. In addition, approximately 20 km of lines was shot over NOC license area in the late 80s that were never processed. It is recommended that this data be acquired and added to the database. Seismic Program. (a) Farmee shall on or before March 31, 2007 at its sole cost, shoot and complete a 2D seismic program, at a minimum of cost of $1,200,000 but not to exceed $1,500,000, over the Farmout Lands ("the Year 1 Seismic Program"). In the event surface access cannot be reasonably obtained by the required date because of surface conditions, weather conditions, seismic crew availability or regulatory approval, Farmee shall, before the required date, advise Farmor in writing, of the reasons why access cannot be obtained. Farmor shall, thereupon, grant an extension to the commencement date which shall be reasonable under the circumstances.
Seismic Program. The Parties shall enter into a separate services agreement to compensate Farmor's staff for services that they, rather than the Farmee or third party contractors, perform in relation to the Year 1 Exploration Xxxxx or the Year 1 Seismic Program as a result of the failure of the Farmee to acquire full operatorship and related responsibilities or as a result of the failure of the Farmee to hire suitable staff to carry out these responsibilities.
Seismic Program. The Parties agree to conduct a seismic program which shall include the shooting or acquisition of an additional 40 to 60 linear miles of seismic data and/or the reprocessing of existing seismic data. Each Party agrees to pay its proportionate part of the costs for any mutually agreeable seismic program. The Parties agree to participate in additional seismic operations, including 3-D as may be mutually agreed. Xxxx agrees to reimburse Xxxxxxxx for its proportionate part of all such mutually agreed seismic program costs within (30) days from the date of the receipt of an invoice from Xxxxxxxx.
