Geophysical Permit Sample Clauses

Geophysical Permit. During the term of this Agreement, SPR and the FINA GROUP at their sole cost, risk and expense, shall have the exclusive right to conduct seismic exploration operations within the Contract Area. At such time as requested by FINA, the FRONTIER GROUP shall deliver at no cost to SPR and the FINA GROUP all necessary permits pertaining to lands, Oil and Gas Leases or Oil and Gas Interests owned or controlled by each and every member of the FRONTIER GROUP as required by SPR and the FINA GROUP or their contractor, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "H", to enable SPR and the FINA GROUP to conduct said seismic exploration operations.
