Common use of Security of your PIN Clause in Contracts

Security of your PIN. You should not disclose your PIN to anyone. If the security or confidentiality of your PIN is compromised, you must notify Commerce at once. The PIN is for your use and protection. You agree to: (a) not disclose the PIN or otherwise make it available to anyone else; (b) be liable for the PIN and for its authorized and unauthorized use. We are entitled to rely on the use of your PIN as your authorization for any transaction using the Card and PIN until we have had a reasonable period of time to disable your Card after notice that your Card or PIN has been compromised. We reserve the right to implement additional security procedures.
