Security Measures. Landlord may, but shall be under no obligation to, implement security measures for the Property, such as the registration or search of all persons entering or leaving the Building, requiring identification for access to the Building, evacuation of the Building for cause, suspected cause, or for drill purposes, the issuance of magnetic pass cards or keys for Building or elevator access and other actions that Landlord deems necessary or appropriate to prevent any threat of property loss or damage, bodily injury or business interruption; provided, however, that such measures shall be implemented in a way as not to inconvenience tenants of the Building unreasonably. If Landlord uses an access card system, Landlord may require Tenant to pay Landlord a deposit for each after-hours Building access card issued to Tenant, in the amount specified in the Basic Lease Information. Tenant shall be responsible for any loss, theft or breakage of any such cards, which must be returned by Tenant to Landlord upon expiration or earlier termination of the Lease. Landlord may retain the deposit for any card not so returned. Landlord shall at all times have the right to change, alter or reduce any such security services or measures. Tenant shall cooperate and comply with, and cause Tenant's Representatives and Visitors to cooperate and comply with, such security measures. Landlord may, but shall be under no obligation to, implement security measures for the PropertyBuilding, such as the registration or search of all persons entering or leaving the Building, requiring identification for access to the Building, evacuation of the Building for cause, suspected cause, or for drill purposes, the issuance of magnetic pass cards or keys for Building or elevator access and other actions that Landlord deems necessary or appropriate to prevent any threat of property loss or damage, bodily injury or business interruption; provided, however, that such measures shall be implemented in a way as not to inconvenience tenants of the Building unreasonably. Tenant, its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents and other persons permitted occupancy under Section 13.1(iii), shall have access to the Premises 24 hours per day, seven days per week. If Landlord uses an access card system, Landlord may require Tenant to pay Landlord a reasonable deposit for each after-hours Building access card issued to Tenant, in the amount specified in the Basic Lease Information. Tenant shall be responsible for any loss, theft or breakage of any such cards, which must be returned by Tenant to Landlord upon expiration or earlier termination of the Lease. Landlord may retain the deposit for any card not so returned. Landlord shall at all times have the right to change, alter or reduce any such security services or measures. Tenant shall cooperate and comply with, and cause Tenant's Representatives and Visitors to cooperate and comply with, such security measures. Landlord, its agents and employees shall have no liability to Tenant or its Representatives or Visitors for the implementation or exercise of, or the failure to implement or exercise, any such security measures or for any resulting disturbance of Tenant's use or enjoyment of the Premises.
