Security Cards. Employees continuously reporting to work without their card will be required to retrieve their card on their own time and report to work. Damaged cards will be replaced at no cost to the employee. First lost card per year will be replaced at no cost to the employee. For each subsequent lost card, employees will be charged five ($5.00) dollars per card in that year. If a lost card is found, the employees will be reimbursed for the loss of the card. Employees shall have their card in their possession at all times if required.
