Security areas. The Licensee shall be responsible for the security of all areas under the jurisdiction of the Licensee. Designated employees shall have the responsibility for determining that all equipment has been turned off, windows are closed, lights and fans turned off, and doors locked when the cafeteria is closed. The Licensee shall make a matter of a daily report to the Guard office upon leaving the building. A key shall be available for emergency use only in the building security office.
Security areas. Areas in which information classified NC and above is handled and stored shall be organised and structured so as to correspond to one of the following:

File transfer mechanisms are not acceptable; the access must be direct to the memory-resident database. The access mechanism must be simple to use and rely on the same symbolic tag names for addressing blocks in the database. The language for the database access mechanism shall be both C and Visual Basic.

The Service Provider shall not change any locks or other security devices on the doors of its assigned space. An emergency key will be kept in the Consulate’s security office.
