Security and Backups. The user is responsible for properly configuring and using Goose Services and for taking appropriate measures to secure, protect, and back up their accounts and content to ensure safety and security. This may include using encryption to protect their content from unauthorized access and archiving it periodically. Violations of system and network security or inappropriate conduct may result in civil or criminal liability. Goose will investigate any incidents that may involve such violations and may cooperate with law enforcement to prosecute users who engage in such violations.
