Portability of Sick Leave 1. The employer will accept up to sixty (60) accumulated sick leave days from other school districts in British Columbia, for employees hired to or on exchange in the district.
WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE 41.1 Where an employee is absent by reason of an injury or an occupational disease for which a claim is made under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, his or her salary shall continue to be paid for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days. If an award is not made, any payments made under the foregoing provisions in excess of that to which he or she is entitled under Articles 44.1 and 44.6 (Short Term Sickness Plan) shall be an amount owing by the employee to the Employer.
PROTECTION OF TEACHERS A. The Board recognizes its responsibility to give all reasonable support and assistance to teachers with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline in the classroom.
Records Maintenance; Access Contractor shall maintain all financial records relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. In addition, Contractor shall maintain any other records, books, documents, papers, plans, records of shipments and payments and writings of Contractor, whether in paper, electronic or other form, that are pertinent to this Contract (“Records”) in such a manner as to clearly document Contractor's performance. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that Agency and the Oregon Secretary of State's Office and the federal government and their duly authorized representatives will have access to such financial records and other Records that are pertinent to this Contract, whether in paper, electronic or other form, to perform examinations and audits and make excerpts and transcripts. Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all such financial records and other Records for a minimum of 6 years, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, following final payment and termination of this Contract, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.
Executive Office; Maintenance of Offices The Seller shall give Ally Auto written notice within ten (10) days of any relocation of its principal executive office if, as a result of such relocation, the applicable provisions of the UCC would require the filing of any amendment of any previously filed financing or continuation statement or of any new financing statement. RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE 35 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 36 of this Agreement, prepare, maintain and manage records appropriate to the services provided and in 37 accordance with this Agreement and all applicable requirements.
Special Aggregation Rule Applicable to Relationship Managers For purposes of determining the aggregate balance or value of accounts held by a person to determine whether an account is a High Value Account, a Reporting Financial Institution shall also be required, in the case of any accounts that a relationship manager knows or has reason to know are directly or indirectly owned, controlled, or established (other than in a fiduciary capacity) by the same person, to aggregate all such accounts.
