Common use of Security; Admission to Building Clause in Contracts

Security; Admission to Building. Landlord may from time to time adopt appropriate systems and procedures for the security or safety of the Building, any persons occupying, using or entering the Building, or any equipment, finishings or contents of the Building, and each tenant shall comply with such systems and procedures. Landlord shall in no case be liable for damages for any error with regard to the admission to or exclusion from the Building of any person. In the event of an invasion, mob, riot, public excitement or other commotion, Landlord reserves the right to prevent access to the Building during the continuance of the same by closing of the doors of the Building or any other reasonable method, for the safety of the tenants and protection of the Building and property in the Building.
