Secunded Employees. So long as any shares of Class B-Series 3 Common Stock of the Company are issued and outstanding, New Member and its Affiliates shall have the right, at their expense, to secund to the Company employees of New Member or its Affiliates (not exceeding a total of five such employees in any three month period) to observe the Company's operations, including its technical and marketing activities (such secunded employees being referred to as the "Secunded Employees"). This Section 14(a) shall automatically terminate and be of no further force or effect upon New Member's delivery of, or failure to deliver, the notice required by Section 15.
