Sections 4 3.E.1 and 4.3.E.2 are hereby amended by deleting “Section 2.9.M.2” and inserting in place thereof “Section 2.9.M.3”.
Sections The division of this Agreement into Sections and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement. The terms “this Agreement”, “hereof”, “hereunder” and similar expressions refer to this Agreement and not to any particular Section or other portion hereof and include any agreements supplemental hereto.
Sections 1 A., 1.B., 1.C., 1.D., 1.E., 1.F., 1.G., 1.H., 1.I., 1.J. and 1.K. of this Amendment and the preparation and onboarding activities related to the Services (as defined in the Agreement), including those set forth in Section II of Schedule B6, shall be effective as of the date of this Amendment as set forth above.

Section 6.2 33 The Association representatives shall represent the Association and employees in meeting with 34 officials of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and 35 investigate to conclusion complaints or grievances of employees and thereafter advise employees of 36 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 37 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 38 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. The Association may consult 39 with the District on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

Section Two The Union but not any employee shall have the right to appeal in writing by submitting data, views, arguments, or a request for a hearing relative to reevaluation of a class or classes of positions allocated to the State Compensation Plan. Within sixty (60) days after the receipt of such written data or holding the requested hearing, the Commissioner of Administrative Services or his/her designee shall answer the appeal.
Subsection 5(f) of the Termination Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety, and replaced with a new subsection 5(f) to read in its entirety as follows:
