SECTION I. GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES. The Governing Board authorizes the Superintendent to establish an Administrative Regulation that will include grievance procedures designed to resolve Grievances in a timely manner and at the lowest possible administrative level. The Superintendent is authorized to determine whether a complaint is a Grievance for purposes of this Policy. The procedures shall provide for discretionary Board review of any grievance that is not resolved at the administrative level. Any decision made by the Governing Board is final.
