Common use of Section B Clause in Contracts

Section B. In the event that during the term of this Agreement the provisions of Idaho Code 64 Sections 44-2001, et seq., are modified legislatively, judicially, or otherwise so as to allow the 65 imposition of a mandatory uniform monthly service charge as a condition of employment or 66 continuation of employment, the Union and the City shall, at the Union’s request, immediately 67 meet and negotiate a replacement Article 4 requiring same.

In the event that during the term of this Agreement the provisions of Idaho Code 64 73 Sections 44-2001, et seq., are modified legislatively, judicially, or otherwise so as to allow the 65 74 imposition of a mandatory uniform monthly service charge as a condition of employment or 66 75 continuation of employment, the Union and the City shall, at the Union’s request, immediately 67 76 meet and negotiate a replacement Article 4 requiring same.
