Common use of Section 9.1.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.1.1. 43 An employee will forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 9.9 if the employee does not 44 comply with the requirements of Section 9.10, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 45 reemployment within seven (7) days of receipt of offer.

Section 9.1.1. 43 25 An employee will shall forfeit rights to reemployment re-employment as provided in Section 9.9 9.10 if the employee does not 44 26 comply with the requirements of Section 9.109.11, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 45 reemployment a position 27 within seven seventy-five percent (775%) of their original position for re-employment, within five (5) days of 28 receipt of offerregistered letter or personal contact.
