Section 8.3. 14 The seniority rights of an employee shall be lost for the following reasons: 15 A. Resignation; 16 B. Discharge for justifiable cause; 17 C. Retirement; or 18 D. Change in job classification within the bargaining unit, as hereinafter provided.
