Common use of Section 7.9.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.9.3. All hours worked on the sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) consecutive days by employees assigned 6 an alternative workweek shall be compensated at the rate of twice the employee’s base pay.

Section 7.9.3. 42 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) consecutive days by employees assigned 6 an 43 alternative workweek shall be compensated at the rate of twice the employee’s base pay.
