Section 7.2. 34 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be 35 normally changed without prior notice to the employee of ten (10) days. Employees’ regular shift will 36 not normally be changed without seventy-two (72) hour prior notice. Job assignments within 37 classifications shall not be changed without prior notice to the employee of forty-eight (48) hours, 38 except when the change is temporary or emergency in nature. Notice, as it applies to this section, can 39 be waived by mutual agreement between the affected employee(s) and the District.
