Common use of Section 4.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.5. 23 Representatives of the Union, upon making their presence known to the District, shall have access to 24 the District premises during business hours, provided, that no conferences or meetings between 25 employees and Union representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal flow of work.

Section 4.5. 23 21 Representatives of the Union, upon making their presence known to the District, shall have access to 24 22 the District premises during business hours, premises; provided, that no conferences or meetings between 25 employees and Union 23 representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal flow of work.
