Common use of Section 4.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.5. 13 The president of the Association and his designated representatives will be provided time off without 14 loss of pay to an aggregate total maximum of six (6) days per year to attend regional or state meetings 15 when the purpose of those meetings is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District

Section 4.5. 13 39 The president President of the Association and his designated representatives will be provided time off without 14 loss of 40 pay to an aggregate total a maximum of six five (65) days per year to attend regional or state State meetings 15 when the purpose of those 41 meetings is in the best interest mutual interests of the District as determined by the Districtand Association.
