Common use of Section 4.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.2. 37 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any disciplinary actions of any employee in 38 the unit in accordance with the provisions of Articles XV and XIX. The Association is entitled to have an 39 observer at hearings conducted by any District official or body arising out of grievance and to make 40 known the Association's views concerning the case.

Section 4.2. 37 23 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any disciplinary actions of any employee in 38 24 the unit in accordance with the provisions of Articles XV and XIX. Section 4.2. 37 27 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any disciplinary actions of any employee 28 in 38 the bargaining unit in accordance with the provisions of Articles XV the discharge and XIXthe grievance procedure 29 articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an 39 observer a representative at hearings conducted by any 30 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make 40 known the Association's ’s views 31 concerning the case.
