Common use of Section 4.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.2. 12 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any disciplinary actions of any employee in 13 the unit in accordance with the provisions of Articles XV and XIX. The Association is entitled to have an 14 observer at hearings conducted by any District official or body arising out of grievance and to make 15 known the Association's views concerning the case.

Section 4.2. 12 16 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any disciplinary actions of any employee in 13 the 17 unit in accordance with the provisions of Articles XV and XIX. The Association is entitled to have an 14 18 observer at hearings conducted by any District official or body arising out of grievance and to make 15 known 19 the Association's views concerning the case.

The Association is entitled to have an 14 observer at hearings conducted by any 16 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make 15 known the Association's views 17 concerning the case.

The Association is 14 entitled to have an 14 observer at hearings conducted by any District official or body arising out of 15 grievance and to make 15 known the Association's views concerning the case.

Section 4.2. 12 13 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any grievances or disciplinary actions of 14 any employee in 13 the unit in accordance with the provisions of Articles XV and XIXXXIV. The 15 Association is entitled to have an 14 observer at hearings conducted by any District official or body 16 arising out of grievance and to make 15 known the Association's ’s views concerning the case.
