Common use of Section 4.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.2. 40 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal disciplinary actions of any 41 employee in the bargaining unit in accordance with the provisions of the discharge and grievance 42 procedure articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an observer at scheduled 43 hearings conducted by any District official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the 44 Association's views concerning the case.

Section 4.2. 40 37 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal disciplinary actions of any 41 38 employee in the bargaining unit in accordance with the provisions of the discharge Discharge and grievance 42 procedure articles Grievance Procedure 39 Articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an observer at scheduled 43 hearings conducted by any 40 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the 44 Association's views 41 concerning the case.

Section 4.2. 40 36 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal grievances or disciplinary actions action of any 41 37 employee in subject to the bargaining unit provisions of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the discharge 38 Discharge and grievance 42 procedure articles Grievance Procedure Articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to have an 39 observer at scheduled 43 hearings conducted by any District official or body arising out of grievance and to make 40 known the 44 Association's views concerning the case, provided that an observer for the Association may 41 attend such hearings only with the permission of the affected employee.

The Association is entitled to have an observer at scheduled 43 29 hearings conducted by any District official or body arising out of grievance grievances or disciplinary actions and 30 to make known the 44 Association's views concerning the case.

The Association is entitled to have an observer at scheduled 43 hearings conducted by any 31 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the 44 Association's ’s views concerning 32 the case.

Section 4.2. 40 38 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any formal grievances or disciplinary actions of 39 any 41 employee employee, or group of employees, in the bargaining unit units in accordance with the provisions of the discharge Discharge 40 and grievance 42 procedure articles Grievance Procedure Articles contained herein. The Association is entitled to, and has a duty to have an observer at scheduled 43 hearings conducted by any District official or body arising out of grievance 41 fairly represent the employees in this collective bargaining agreement and to make known the 44 Association's 42 Association's/xxxxxxxx’s views concerning the caseissue.

The Association is entitled to have an 6 observer at scheduled 43 hearings conducted by any District official or body arising out of that grievance and to 7 make known the 44 Association's ’s views concerning the case, provided that an observer for the 8 Association may attend such hearings only with the permission of the affected employee.
