Section 8.1.3. Worked Holidays. 7 Employees who are required to work on the aforementioned holidays will receive the pay due 8 them for the holiday, plus one and one-half (1-1/2) times their base rate for all hours worked 9 on such holidays, unless the employee begins work at 10:00 p.m. or thereafter on that date. 10 Employees required to work on any of the above holidays will be paid for not less than two 11 (2) hours. 12 13
