Common use of Section 14.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 14.2. 2 All employees subject to this agreement who are not members of the Association on the effective date 3 of this agreement, and all employees subject to this agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to 4 the effective date of this agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in good 5 standing of the Association within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this agreement or within 6 thirty (30) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then maintain 7 membership in the Association in good standing during the period of this agreement.
